Salvador Kent is an aspiring Director and Playwright. His work has spanned across theatrical forms and languages. Previous focuses include Clown, Surrealism, Epic, Classical and New Writing. He has directed and assistant directed on work in both English and Spanish.

EDUCATION AND COURSES:
MA in Religious Studies and English Literature, University of Edinburgh, Expected 2028.
Between December 2023 and May 2024 I trained with Eduardo Espinoza Carrasco, a theatre director in Trujillo, Peru. During this time, I travelled widely, participating in workshops and cultural investigations with various Peruvian theatre companies, a few of which I’ve listed here: Yuyachkani, Centro Cultural Maguey, Olmo Teatro, Algo Vi Pasar, Kuntur Teatro, Estacion Teatro, Cuatro Gatos and Eduardo’s own Comediantes Itinerates. I also attended a masterclass by Fernando Bacilio.
